is a trading brand of a larger entertainments company, PSW
Leisure. We have many years experience and can offer many
other attractions, products and services to your event coupled
with our professional and detailed approach we believe we
can offer you more than just a chocolate fountain. Our client

How
far in advance do I need to book?
As soon as you have made a decision, don't leave it to the
last minute as you could be disappointed. Call
or email Chocaholics. We will confirm the dates, times and
issue written confirmation in the form of an invoice and Contract.
Do I have to pay any deposits?
For first time bookings we require full payment at least 14
days in advance.
What
areas do you cover? We will travel
anywhere in the UK and Europe dependant on order value and
duration.
What do I need to provide? The
fountain will require a sturdy level table (capable of supporting
70kg) with table linen, a
13amp 240v power supply and ideally access to a kitchen. If
you require your guests to use plates these should be arranged
with the venue organiser. Also parking needs to
be arranged.
What
time do you arrive before the fountain starts?
We need aprox 2hrs to access the site comfortably to set up
single fountains and aprox 2.5 hrs for double fountains. Our
staff will arrive on site to these timescales.
What
kind of chocolate do you use? Only
the finest Couverature Belgian chocolate that is high in cocoa
butter content. Couverature in French means covering.
How
long does a chocolate fountain last? Our
standard period is between 2-4 hours. If you would like extended
hire time then please call to discuss your requirements.
